Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
• 2-3 years of experience in management audits, preferably within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls in management functions and ensure proper implementation.
• Identify potential operational risks and propose strategies to minimize them.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Compile comprehensive audit reports outlining key findings and actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitor the implementation of past audit recommendations and verify progress.
